My experience with Brick Doctor was fine, but there were a couple of things they could have done additionally. For instance, they didn't match the mortar that holds the bricks together when they had to repair a brick that was loose. They didn't match the mortar right at the front. If I didn't have a plant there, one could see pretty readily that there had been a repair made there. It was a good repair, but it just didn't match the mortar: it's a little bit lighter than the original. Also, they didn't clean it up. I had to take a brush and clean it up after they finished. But the rain was setting in when they were working, so I think they were kind of anxious to wrap up and leave because it was their last day of a two-day session.
