It's safe to say these people done believe in COURTESY CALLS.. I purchased a stove there almost a wk ago. Picked it up next day. I come home to realize I'm not able to use it because the house doesn't have an outlet. I'm 8months pregnant and have a 10yr old son. Searching for someone to install one right now isn't an option. I wasn't looking to get my money back. All I wanted to know was if I can swap it out with a gas one. I got the run around on 2 seperate days I called. I was promised a call back from either the owner or from the worker whom I spoke to. A simple yes or no would have been great.
