I purchased an appliance from Appliance Liquidation Outlet and it stopped functioning. They were very helpful in getting appliance fixed. I had another issue later on and again they were supportive and got it fixed. What I mean by that is, not only did they deliver the appliance to my residence, but when I call with an issue, they come back to pick it up, take it to the shop, repair it and return it. The appliance I bought was a washing machine, and when they take my machine to get it fixed, they actually bring me another one so I can continue to do laundry while it is gone. They are very very thorough and extremely friendly. I worked with a gentleman there named Oscar. He is extremely friendly. He shows empathy and compassion for me, and I assume for the rest of his customers. It was his idea to bring me a washing machine so I could keep doing laundry while they fixed it. In my opinion, he's awesome. He provides great customer service and really understands the business.

They're great, to be honest, and I've been overwhelmed with their technical support and customer service. Here in San Antonio that's a rarity, so I would continue to recommend their service, and I already have a couple of time.
