ZERO STARS - STAY AWAY!! This place is HORRIBLE!! Like all the other one-star reviews on Google and on YELP, I had the same very bad experience with these scammers. And now I'm in the process of filing complaints with every agency that regulates them. Everyone else should do the same. Don't let them get away with shady practices, and especially don't let them get away with something that ends up in your pet becoming more ill or even dying. But as so many others have stated - IF YOU LOVE YOUR PET, GO ELSEWHERE.

I bought a $42 Groupon which LIES and leads you to believe that it is good for puppy vaccinations (FALSE ADVERTISING, which is illegal). But when I went all the way over there, they told me that it wasn't. Then they wanted me to spend more money on a wellness exam instead, as well as a $189 "puppy package" (typical "bait and switch" scam). I asked if it was going to be a hassle to get my money back from Groupon, and I was told that it was "super easy" and that "customers do it all the time."

Then the vet, who has trouble with English, was the absolute worst. He charged $20 for what? He barely looked at my dog, much less examined her like a serious vet. Then they tried to sell me vitamins that my puppy doesn't need, as well as a dewormer (even though the test came back negative for worms). My actual vet did a REAL wellness exam, and it was like night and day.

So now when I've been put through $@!#% by Groupon because they say that they can't refund me, these greedy, non-English-speaking, lazy, unprofessional dimwits won't do anything to help me. I actually wasted a lot of time letting the manager know what happened, because she doesn't speak English well, nor (obviously) understand it. She promised to call me back at 2pm after she spoke with the doctor. I waited until 2:45pm to call back, only to be told that "she's out of the office getting vaccines." NICE! How professional to just forget about following up. But this entire office is unprofessional. I'm just so glad that I won't be taking my puppy there ever again. I don't trust them as far as I can throw them.
