I had a preventative maintenance service performed last week and they found a bad part in my outside unit. It was not in stock so I asked them to call me when it came in and schedule a time for the installation. They called when I was at work and I couldn't respond. They called my son at home and he let them in because he didn't know any better.. They never verified the appointment with me and charged me for service that I wasn't ready to pay for yet. This service call put me in a financial bind. I will never recommend this company to anyone. That is completely irresponsible and unprofessional!!!! I work in an "In-home service" industry. If I came to a customers house without proper authorization I would lose my job. I guess Mid-Fl Heating and Air is more concerned with sales figures and commissions than actually taking care of their customers....
