Team includes Alvis Hermes (Estimator), Gilbert Oropeza (Sherwin-Williams Sale Rep.), Andres Ferreira (Lead Painter) and Angel (Painter).
Scope of work: Assist to find Sherwin-Williams paints to match the house's existing colors. Power wash, patch up, masking and paint the house's stucco surfaces and soffits/fascia.
Performance: Once received the contract, Mr. Hermes and Mr. Oropeza actively assisted to find the SW paint colors to match the house's existing colors. Some paint samples were also provided for side by side comparison.
The painters, Andres and Angel, started on Tuesday and completed on Friday that week. One helper showed up one day on Thursday. The painters showed up to work promptly every morning and did an excellent painting job. At the completion of the tasks, the work site was cleaned up very well. They are very nice, friendly, and are always making sure their work is acceptable.
