AJS Carpet Cleaning cleaned my carpets as a requirement for moving out of a rental. The carpet technicians that came were kind and did a nice job. The priced that they quoted me for this cleaning is not what they charged me. I called them to get this rectified and spoke to a lady who said she would lower the price. I gave her my card information. A few months went by, and I received a call from a collection agency. They sent me to collections for the amount that they charged me and not what they quoted me. I have been in touch with them several times letting them know that I will pay what was quoted, but I will not pay collection fees. They said there was nothing they can do. At this point I have not gotten anywhere for this bill and just wish they would let me pay what was originally quoted and be done with it.
