I found AJS Carpet Cleaning via online search. After reading a few reviews, I called and scheduled an appointment. I had some serious stains on my carpeting. Hair dye stains that were pretty bad. What this carpet company does is come out and measure your carpeting and charge by the square inch. That means, if a room is not entirely cleared, they only charge you for what they actually clean. The carpet technician that came out did a good job, and he put forth his best effort to get the hair dye stains out of the carpet. After a few days, however, some of those are coming back through. I don't really mind that as much because I know that he did everything he could to completely remove them. I like that this company texted with me to confirm the estimate appointment and the cleaning appointment. I am a busy woman, extremely busy, and this helped a great deal with my scheduling. If I had one suggestion; that the carpet technician wear booties on his shoes because he did have to come in and out of the house even after he cleaned. That little extra effort would have been greatly appreciated. All in all, the job was done great, and I will use them again.
