I hired 3 people to help me. I would have at least hoped that one would be easy to communicate with. The main guy was impossible to understand and therefore he had trouble understanding most of my requests. In addition one of the guys simply stood around and did nothing.

Next I indicated to them, since I was moving to downtown Baltimore, that I didn't want my stuff just sitting on the street unattended. They kept repeating themselves sayings "its ok, its ok".

Now I discovered that my mattress was dragged across on one side and my $120 mattress cover has 2 giant holes in it. Since I realized this after the 14 day grace period they are refusing to help me.

Bonnie, who was very nice and assisted me upfront, turned out to not be so nice when I had an issue to deal with.

Careless with your goods, non English speaking movers, and horrible customer service!! Look elsewhere!!
