I made an appointment one afternoon and Jeremy Lachance was there the next morning as scheduled. I received a call letting me know he was on the way. He diagnosed the problem with my dryer, explained it to me and went to work fixing it. He did not have one part that was needed and with a call it was delivered to my home so he could continue working without having to go and get the part. Everything was cleaned up when the repair was finished. Jeremy even had to contend with my "curious" cat for the first few minutes. Andy's Appliance is the first one I call when I have a problem. I would strongly recommend them to all my family and friends.
