they said they its the issue with the grease on the gas range and they didnt even opened it and looked over and said GE will not cover, but GE said they will cover anything that they repair. Finally i had the appt scheduled with Nebraska Repairs Company and he right away opened the hood and found the issue with the part and replaced it in 10 mins.
These guys made me wait for the Gas range with no cooking nd microwave usage for more than 10 days. One of the worst services i have ever seen.
