Prior to my appt, Rick called ahead and was here right when he said he would be. He put booties on over his shoes, had a mask on and my dryer was fixed in no time. Rick was very professional, knew the exact problem and was very friendly. I felt it was a resonable price for the parts, labor and service. I highly recommend Andy's Appliance in Lincoln!!!!!
