We have used this service twice. They are on time, friendly and informative. Repairs often are costly but not due to this service, but because the manufacturers prefer you buy an entirely new appliance so they price the parts ridiculously high. I thought the price of the service call was competitive and well worth it. When you get them for a service call it is good to ask then their opinions on brands, etc. They naturally have a ton of information on what works and what does not.
