Trip charge is outrageous!!

$79 for a trip charge is outrageous! I called this company because they are also in Shawnee and I like to support our local companies. $436 repair quote, on top of the trip charge for a total of $515-compared to $350 quote(including trip charge) from another well known contractor. Parts from Fergussons were $91. Disappointed and would not contact them again.
