This last service call Benjamin Franklin Plumbing came out to check our hot water heater. They had installed it and I think this was just a normal service call from them to us. I didn't call them; they called me. It was just to make sure everything was working properly. They drained it out and everything was a-okay.

I've been with them for many years. They're good people and they give me excellent service. I don't have to wait on them. If say they are going to be here between 10 and 12, they call between those times and are here thirty minutes later. And they do their job right the first time, which is important. I don't ever have to call them to come back. Just try 'em; you'll like 'em!
