Yesterday, 3/26, as I'm preparing to leave for work at o'dark thirty in the morning, I am greeted by a puddle of water at the base of my water heater, not the way to start the day, but with that said I got to work and called LARKIN PLUMBING. I spoke to Carla who was very pleasant, and she said she would have a dispatcher contact me. I got a call from Mark ,who answered my questions as to how soon i could get someone to come out, and that they would call once they were on the way. I did get a call from Brandon who showed up and got working on the replacement right away. HE WAS GREAT!!!!!! I asked him if he wouldn't mind if I watched the process, cuz i like to be in the know about anything being done at my home and he had no problem with it. I asked a lot of questions to understand about the care and maintenance of my heater and he was very pleasant and informative. the customer service he provided was A1! LARKIN PLUMBING should be very proud to have such a great person representing their company and I have used them before and the standard they set has not changed a bit! I have and will continue to recommend them to my friends and colleagues................ they are the best! And kudos to BRANDON,he made what could have been a stressful situation seem like I was hanging with a buddy and being educated all at the same time!
