I called Larkin around 9am. The plumber came to my house by 10:30 am. I agreed to have him install a water heater. He said he would be back in one or two hours to install. I agreed to wait.
After a four hour wait, I called him. He said he was running late, but would be by in one hour. I waited another 2 hours, called left message. Waited another 3 hours. Finally he came by. So, he told me 2 hours max. I waited 9 hours. Wasted my day!! Im really mad.
