I called out garage door medics they showed up on time but the guy after being there told my fiance we needed 2 new springs and would cost $500. We the called a second company for a second opinion they were able to adjust it in 5 minutes they charged us $50. I feel g.d medics was simply taking advantage of the situation! I would not recommend using this company.
