The technician from GDM was Gene - he called ahead, was very punctual, and professional throughout the service visit - and he answered all of my many questions. I used an Angie's List special to have my garage door inspected and light maintenance done to it. Can't really complain - I got what I paid for - just wished he would have taken a look at my door opener motor and tried to adjust it / tweek it - he unfortunately wouldn't touch it but did recommend replacement of my entire system instead. My son and I adjusted the motor mechanism later.
