Dan the service tech. was very helpful and saw the problem imedately, it was a broken spring. He informed me of the cost and appror. how long it will take to fix it. He then went an inspected the rest of the door for any other damage. He found the rubber molding on the bottom and sugsted replacing it and the cost. He was very knowlegeable and very polite. I would highly rcccomend this service to anyone.
