I am very happy with the service I received from Garage Door Medics, especially the professionalism of Sam who was the repair person. He explained what all he was going to do and he was hopeful it would resolve the odd noise problem. After doing the lube job, replacing the rollers and installing a new brace for a cracked piece we discovered the noise was coming from the motor. While the door still opened and closed it was obvious that the problem in the motor could not be repaired. Sam said I could still use it if I didn't want to replace the motor at this time.....no hard sell at all. But I chose to repair the motor as I couldn't stand the noisy old one. The new one is so quiet I can't even hear it. Sam programmed my car remote and thoroughly explained all the operations. Very pleased with his professionalism.
