My garage door came off the track on a Friday night. One of the roller wheels was coming off and the support bracket for the wheel was bent. Steel cable was tangled and wrapped around the torsion spring bar. Called the 24/7 help line around 9 pm and was pleased to speak to a knowledgeable rep who scheduled an appointment for Saturday afternoon. Tech came out Saturday afternoon. He was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He quickly fixed the problem and realigned and tested the door. Great service! I have used the company before (and also their sister company Garage Door Enterprises who does installations). I would definitely use them again.
