My appliance a refrigerator was a week late coming in. And on top of that the delivery for the following week was 3 hours late. No one again bothered to communicate this. I also left several messages ; one voicemail, one with a co worker and yet the salesman never returned my call. When I confronted the salesman he laughed and said yes th e voice mails may reach us or they may not reach us for several weeks. I after the delivery debacle the 2 nd time I wrote the sales manager. It’s been over two weeks and he’s not contacted me yet. Good luck Dick Van Dyke you ll not hear from me again!
