I’ve purchased all of my appliances for the past 24 years from Dick van Dyke in Decatur (10 that I can remember). I try to support local businesses as much as possible. They advertise on their website and all over their store their “free 5-10 year warranty.” I purchased a Bosch dishwasher less than 3 years ago that they NOW tell me didn’t come with that free warranty. I asked a very RUDE woman named Mack several times to speak to a store manager. She would not connect me. She spoke to me like I’m an idiot. Dick Van Dyke clearly doesn’t appreciate my repeated business over the years. I’ll never buy anything from them again. Based on their empty parking lot and 1.5 star yelp reviews, I guess I’m not the only one who feels this way. Shameful.
