We bought a brand new Frigidaire freezer in June 2021. Since that time, it has broken down twice and we have lost over $1000 worth of food. Their warranty only covers $100. It has now been eight weeks since the freezer went down the second time, and six weeks since their service repair man came to diagnose the problem. Six weeks with a broken freezer is not acceptable under any circumstances. Their service is not as advertised, they don’t stand behind their product, and they claim they’re just waiting for parts, very convenient. Apparently, the problem with this freezer is a known issue. So why don’t they stock parts for known issues? You should avoid this company at all costs.
