Ordered a new washer and dryer from them. Waited 2 months for it to arrive. When they installed it the dryer did not work. The guy installing found out the cord had been cut. He did not have a way to fix it. He then cut the cord and taped it back togther to work. He told us of they ask to tell them we did it. He also said they would call us on Monday to schedule getting the cord repaired. That never happened. We left after the install and came back the following day to a flooded laundry room and the cord that had been cut and taped lauing in the water. I fixed the water leak myself as they had not tightened the connection tight enough. I later contacted the company and was told since there were no pictures it didn't happen. Nothing they could do. My children were the first in the house that day. They could have been electrocuted.
