The repairman came out on June 1 because our clothes were coming out of the washer dripping wet. After checking it out he said he needed to order a part. He told us we could still use the machine. Just had to run the spin cycle several times and take extra long to dry the clothes. It was the middle of July before the part came in and they returned to put it in. It was the wrong part and had to be reordered. But he tore the machine apart and left it with pieces off and sitting on top of the machine and the machine turned half way around. Couldn’t use it at all!! Finally on August 30 they came back to replace the part. Oh no!! Wrong part again!!! Had to reorder it again! Finally came back on September 22 to put on the correct part. Finally after 3 1/2 months our washer was working!! The only good thing about this experience was that the washer was still under warranty and we didn’t have to pay for this debacle!!

Will never purchase an appliance from this company again!! Their service is terrible!! Apparently their repairmen don’t know what they are doing!!! I will be sure to tell anyone I know who is purchasing appliances to run from this company!!
