Friends tried to discourage me from going to Dick Van Dyke but I wanted to give them a try. Unfortunately they were right. When it comes to service they don't really care once they have got your money.
It will be 3 weeks before I'm able to use the new washer and dryer. The washer was missing 2 feet and needed to be ordered. It's a stacking unit that only works when both appliances are connected together.
It took a week to get the parts in and then they scheduled a time to install the washer feet and finally stack and connect the appliances. Another two weeks!! I wish they had scheduled an install appointment when they ordered the missing parts since they must know there is going to be a two week wait.
