Our refrigerator was located in an unconvential place and was 20 years old. Errol (T6451), had to figure out how to pull out the refrigerator which was no easy task. Errol was tenacious and careful about pulling out and replacing the refrigerator. His diagnosis was timely and accurate. The part was replaced and the area was left immaculate. Errol even replaced a screw in the handle because he noticed the refrigerator needed it. It was a good day for us! Thank you!
