repair under warranty
After a week and a half and one missed appointment, a repairman finally showed up to repair my washing machine. The part he had was “defective” and needed to be reordered. I called the following day to make sure the part had been ordered. I was told it was ordered and that they would call me to set up a time for them to come out. Another week went by without a phone call. I called them to find out if the part had come in…..it was in but I never received a call. I asked to be placed on the repair schedule and had to wait another week. Considering all the issues I was having with their service department, I called the day before to make sure the repairman was coming out. I was assured that I was on the schedule. Noon the next day, I called to find out what time the repair man was coming and was told that the part didn’t come in and was on back order for another 2 weeks.
