This is my first experience with DVD and I am pleased with the service. Brandon was very helpful and made sure I knew exactly what I was buying. The young man who installed it for me today (I'm sorry I didn't get his name) was professional and efficient. He made sure I was happy with my new appliance and understood how to use it. I will be purchasing a refrigerator in the near future and plan to return to DVD.
