I purchased a stove and refrigerator from the Springfield Illinois store. $2,500.00 spent and the refrigerator was damaged by the delivery guys bringing it into my home. I was trying to corral twins and when they asked me to sign that all was fine, I gave it a look on the exterior and saw no damage so I signed their paper. Within an hour of their leaving. I opened the refrigerator and saw the damage to the plastic inside. Who would even think there would be damage on the inside. I immediately took photos and called service department who said the would look at photos and would get parts to repair it for me but then 2 days later they called and said it was not repairable and essentially too bad.. you signed the paper that said it was ok. So I will not now or ever recommend Dick Van Dyke Appliances to anyone. Very poor experience. Save your money and go to the big box store. Service couldn’t have been any worse! Tried to pacify me by offering me $50 off! Keep your money. Your store obviously needs it more than I do.
