I’m very disappointed . The service tech has been awesome none of this is not his fault. The sales people are great. I just have no use for the stores customer service policies.
We have always bought our appliances from DVD and have been really satisfied........... until now. We purchased a brand new Whirlpool dishwasher TWO MONTHS ago installed it and when we turned it on to test it, it shot water all over the kitchen!! Instead of offering to simply REPLACE this unit, we were told they could NOT do this ...that had to be repaired. Long story short... after three guessed at part changes, it STILL leaks! I really don’t care if Whirlpool doesn’t want to replace it... I believe that DVD should care enough about a loyal customer that they would replace an obviously lemon of a dishwasher with another new unit! We have been WITHOUT the benefit of the brand new dishwasher we bought and patiently waited and waited and waited on the parts each time they have ordered yet another part that hasn’t fixed the problem. I think it’s time that DVD do the right thing and bring us a new unit. As for Whirlpools policies about their appliances.....the company is so big they could care less about if they satisfy one customer or not.
