History repeats itself again as we have had problems with repair work many times with them on many appliances. Our dryer went out 2 Sundays ago, Christmas Eve. A service repair man came, but told us the part would not be in until the following Tuesday due to the holiday. Please note that this is contradictory to their commercials. You have to pay extra for THAT kind of service. MANY phone calls and excuses and blaming the other guy later and we are still without a dryer. It has been 11 days. They told us they will have it fixed tomorrow or give us a new model. I have not much faith that this will actually happen due to their history of lies to me. Stay tuned...
