Our washer had no power. It’s 1 & 1/2 yrs old, GE. I called dvd 1/18 they would come out 1/20. On 1/20 parts were ordered. Tom came back 1/27. After he left, I found he had shoved the dryer back against the wall without connecting the vent. Thereby bending everything aluminum. When I moved the dryer that’s when I also saw how crooked he left the washer. I wouldn’t recommend Tom even walk through your front door if you want a job done right. He needs to be fired. We have been dvd customers for years. No more!!! Lowes can do a much better job with the same warranty. DVD will close if they don’t clean up their staff.
