Our units are 15 months old. GE. The dryer has been no problem. The washer had two calls of it walking before the third repairman found the bearings in the drum were bad, then the drum was replaced.
I go to use it 12/18/17 because it had NO POWER. I was told no openings till 12/20. The repairman has ordered 2 parts. Now they can’t come back until 12/28. Any idea how much laundry is backing up?
I asked what happened to same day service and was told we don’t advertise that any more. We say fast service.
We’ve been loyal DVD customers for years, thats why I rated them so low. Nothing like it was one year ago. Sad.
