The sales half of the company very informative and helpful >. BUT when it came to delivery and installation probable the worst experience ever in my Home. > call before home number not correct therefore delivery tech just showed up anyway , luckily I was home > Tech came into my home and flat out refused to install a water line for $1500 refrigerator > The tech claims not on work order > Flat out told me He didn't have the time to mess with it and wasn't doing it > I asked for a supervisor's number to call while on site but he just in return got very rude and verbal with me. He packed up my frig back on the truck and said he was done with me and didn't have the time for this $@!#% and then took off. WOW that was the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life from anyone! Meanwhile several phone calls proceeded after the no delivery > The sales person then set me up for a second delivery the next day. Techs were very friendly but very sloppy on hauling &installing the refrigerator> The techs bent my door hinge bringing it in and then the broke my wood floor trim trying to get it in the kitchen . Then to add salt to the already gaping wound they put a small dent in the side of the refrigerator door. I am so very scared to have this company come back to install my stove in Jan because they said it was back ordered> Not to mention that they already have had all my money for 3 weeks and I only have one appliance before the Holiday which was both bought Nov 27th 2017. >> I now have to wait 3 days before customer services is supposed to contact me > No one in the store seemed to really care about my overall very terrible experience> The front counter sales just pushed it on customer service > Which now has to deal with 2 damage claims > This might have been the worst idea going to your company for the warranty >> WORST EXPERIENCE TO BE CONTINUED in JANUARY when my stove arrives >>SCARES ME !!! Damages and time lost will make up for the money that I thought I saved ! I WISHED THAT SOMEONE IN YOUR COMPANY HIGHER UP REALLY CARED ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE! SORRY FOR THE BAD BUT TRUE REVIEW.
