I shattered my glass cooktop 2 weeks before Thanksgiving. I found what i wanted on line, but called DVD and ordered it because they have great service and an excellent warranty. Chris and Dallas showed up the night before Thanksgiving and removed the shattered cooktop without dropping glass everywhere and they had the new cooktop installed and working AND their mess all cleaned up in 30 minutes! They saved Thanksgiving dinner! Thank you DVD and Chris & Dallas!
