I purchased a refrigerator, range and over the range microwave. The microwave has not work since it has been installed. Repair came out and determined it was the magnetron. Dick Van Dyke REFUSES to give me a new microwave...and if I return this microwave they will charge me a 20% RESTOCKING FEE, to return a non working microwave. SO, THE BOTTOM LINE, I PURCHASED A REFURBISHED MICROWAVE AT FULL PRICE. I HIGHLY recommend you find a new dealer to purchase ANY appliances because they have absolutely NO customer service.

I would have given 0 stars had that been an option...they really didn't deserve a star for any of the 3 categories.
