We bought a washer from Dick Van Dyke. It got installed by them on a Saturday and appeared to work fine. After the installer left the machine started making a horrible noise and would not complete the wash cycle. I called them and they were able to get someone out the same day to try and fix the issue. They could not exchange due to not having another one of the same model in stock. It was not something they could fix without additional parts. I did not want a brand new machine to be repaired. We wanted a replacement unit. Malisa at Dick Van Dyke went above and beyond to get the unit replaced by the manufacturer. The Manufacturer wanted to put parts in it. Malisa was able to get the unit replaced for us. Kudos to her and our salesman Michael for making things right. Happy customer and we will be back for our next appliance purchase.
