Warranty not worth the paper it's written on.

You are better off buying at another place. The sales department and service department are completely different silos in the company. Apparently, all of their service techs are clairvoyants because they don't use tools other than a flashlight to diagnose faulty machinery...and it's a completely subjective process. When asked to provide objective reading for my faulty cycle on my clothes dryer, they were unable to. Very disappointing. Their techs are also very rude and their VP of service does not know what he is doing. I got more information from YouTube and wasted less time than have to talk to John.

I apologize for the inconvenience we may have caused during your most recent appliance service. When I spoke with you on the telephone I explained the diagnostic process checking a dryer. We also offered to send another technician out to perform a 2nd diagnostic check at no charge to you. However, you were not able to meet us for the 2nd diagnostic check. I’m surprised that you felt our conversation with less than informative, because I went through the diagnostic process, venting issues, and use and care procedures. We also discussed that you would call back after October 21, 2017 to have us 2nd check the original diagnosis. Our service call warranty is only guaranteed for thirty days, but to meet your expectations I extended the warranty until October 21, 2017. I look forward to receiving your call after October 21st if there is still an issue with your dryer.
