I was upset with my experience with major box stores and wished to get an experience with this outfit. The installer for my dishwasher came and told me that he could not install it because of the backsplash around the counter. I was asked to trim up my counter and remove the backsplash and call to get a new appointment with the home office. I did everything in about 20 minutes and they couldn't come out til tomorrow. They'll charged me another 40 bucks to come out for something I already paid for and that's not including the money they will charge to fix the installation of the dishwasher. If I had known I would be out a total of 200+ dollars for shipping, installation and handling, I would have avoided this place. It's best just to deal with the big box dealers. I won't be back and I'm taking every bit of my clientele elsewhere.
