I really would love to be one of their this just happened in this week commercials. Our 15 month old washing machine started blinking a code we called. I was told it would take a week for them to get here. They ended up coming 4 days later and supposedly fixing the diagnostic problem. Which I found out if you have a diagnostic problem and not mechanical they will charge you $60 even though you have a warranty. They got to make their money. After one load it had an error and stopped working. They came back out 2 days later told me it was the mother board and it would be 3 to 7 days for parts and then they would set up installation. Monday came he installed the part, one load done and error code showed up and not working again. Repairman came back again today and now it's a total different part and we are waiting another 3 to 7 days for the part then installation. When I have talked to someone they said it's our busy season . What is that. So laundry only happens now?
I have a child with disabilities and a in home daycare. I have already spent $30 at the laundromat. My family does not have the extra money to waste on this when I have a washing machine at home. Maybe I should bill DVD.
I would not recommend this company to anyone at this time. They only seem to worry about money and not about their customers. Their great when selling an appliance but when it comes to taking care of their customers they could care less. This does not make a good business!
