The salesman (Mgr.) was very knowledgeable about all models and was concerned with what our personal needs were to direct us to the right purchase.

On the day of delivery, the service center was quick to call when the time needed to be adjusted due to an problem with a previous appointment. Then the installers also called when they were on the way. They worked quickly and professionally, double checked for proper operation and were willing to answer all our questions. These young men did a great job, especially for as long of a day as they had (they delivered well past dinner time!).
