Overall everything was a great experience. The only negative comment I have is my 4 hour delivery window came and passed with no one showing up. After 4 hours and 20 minutes, I called the store to see what happened and during that phone call, the delivery guys called and said they would be there in 30-45 minutes. So the delivery window turned out to be 5 hours. Not too big of an issue for me, but I have flexibility with leaving work and I can see that being a problem for some.
