I knew what I wanted and went to the Bloomington store and had the washing machine purchased and was out the door in 20 minutes. The salesperson was knowledgeable, personable, and did not attempt to upsell me on anything.

The young man making the delivery two days later was prompt, courteous, and professional. He was on time and had everything completed within 15 minutes. Fabulous service!
