No sense of urgency poor workmanship and customer service

Machine was bad due to poor workmanship from factory but I had to get the part's overnight 1 tech misdiagnosed neeed more parts Saturday had to wait till Monday I made sure that they were going to get parts next day they did thanks to hotel in Decatur parts department but then they didn't schedule Tech to come out here till 4 pm once again I was lied to because the tech didn't get here till after 6 pm totally unacceptable then my machines were not put back the way they found them nice and straight and level I still believe that they should have replaced the machine for the money I paid I have received a poor quality from workmanship , customer service still have not heard anything from customer service representative or Dennis you have lost a good customer

I apologize that you feel that our customer service is less than ideal. My customer service staff worked diligently to make sure to get the parts in as quick as possible. When appliances are under the first year warranty we are at the mercy of the manufacture as to when they will arrive to us. The typical turnaround time is 3-5 business days. However, both times the technician has been to your home the service department has been able to get the parts expedited so that you would not have to be without a washer for too long. The parts were sent directly to your home by the manufacture and our technician came out the same day and fixed the washer. We do apologize for an inconvenience that this may have caused, and I hope to eventually earn your business back eventually once you realize that we worked attentively to remedy your problem.
