No stars! Would NOT recommend.

Will never buy from Dick Van Dyke Appliance World again! They don't stand by their word. I had problems with a brand new washer that was delivered on March 1, 2017. Had issues from day one. I had to call for service on 2nd day of use and to make a very long story short, today is March 21st & I am still without a washer. I would never recommend buying from them. Their commercials are garbage!

I am truly sorry that this was not pleasant experience for you. After I was notified of the following information I pulled the recorded phone call between you and my service representative. After listening to this I realized that she should have been more pro active to assist you in this situation. I did call the day I found out to see if I could be of anymore assistance. You stated you were going to contact GE to see what the status was with your new washer. I then contacted you the next day to make sure if everything was being handled. I am happy to hear that GE was able to switch this out and get you a new washer. I do wish we would have been able to step up and take care of it for you. I do hope to earn your trust and business back in the future.
