We had a double oven delivered on Monday, by Shawn and another tech. I was not surprised that the opening was not big enough, and immediately called contractor/builder Alan, who was recommended by my salesman Dave. He said he could come Wednesday and complete the install. Shawn and partner left, but Shawn insisted on giving me his personal cell number in case the builder could not finish the install. Long story short Shawn saved the day by coming to my house at 7pm, after a long day in Bloomington, to complete the install. He truly did go above and beyond the call of duty. Thanks
