We have had two (2) damaged refrigerators delivered in a five (5) day period. Anyone expecting the service you are advertised to have would NEVER expect that. After accepting the second one because we desperately need one and the damage would not be visible where displayed, upon cleaning the crisper door was not removable. Upon taking the self with the drawer attached back to the store it was fixed by taking the shelf out of display unit and sending it home with my husband. I am dismayed that you apparently only carry damaged merchandise and do not seem to care for customer service...or your reputation. You do know how valuable word of mouth recommendations are ?
